Malene B.

Malene B. is an experienced communications professional with a robust background in developing and executing internal and external communication strategies. Currently serving as the Group Communications Officer at ERIKS since October 2017, Malene B. is responsible for the Global Internal Communication strategy, the management of a Global Intranet, and supporting change communication efforts. Prior to this role, Malene B. worked at Philips in various capacities, including Sr. Program Manager Global Marketing, Culture Program Specialist, and Agile Communications Manager, where contributions included the design of integrated marketing strategies and internal culture communications. Malene B. holds advanced degrees in Communication & Information Science from Tilburg University and Media & Journalism from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
