Ron Dikken

Ron Dikken has extensive experience in procurement and operations management, currently serving as European Procurement Manager at ERIKS Flange Gaskets since February 2002. In previous roles, Ron held the positions of Lead Buyer, Manager Operations, and Production Manager, focusing on the restructuring of logistics and production processes utilizing Lean Six Sigma principles and preparing for Industry 4.0. Responsibilities included overseeing the operations and policies of manufacturing companies within ERIKS' gasket technology in the Netherlands and managing daily operations and financial results at various production locations. Prior to ERIKS, Ron worked at Hertel Industrial Sealings bv and Hofland Pakking, gaining diverse experience in management and production roles. Ron holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and has pursued various technical and military education courses throughout the years.
