Richard Needles

Richard Needles has extensive experience in the golf industry, currently serving as a Starter, Ranger, and Reservations staff member at Erin Hills Golf Course since March 2015. In addition to this role, Richard has been self-employed since September 2014, transitioning towards a career in Golf Course Management through the Golf Enterprise Management program at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, with an expected graduation in Spring 2016. Richard previously owned Durable Mats and Roads from 2007 to 2015, where the focus was on sales of construction mats for the pipeline construction industry, and Digital Media Reproductions from 2002 to 2010, specializing in the reproduction of CD-ROM and DVD media. Richard holds a BA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, earned between 1979 and 1987.
