Mike Stafiej

Mike Stafiej has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple roles in various companies. Mike is currently the CEO of ERIN, a Smart Employee Referral Platform that aims to maximize employee referral programs for higher-quality, cost-effective recruitment. Prior to this, they worked at LabCoNYC as an Advisor and Entrepreneur in Residence, where they provided expertise in B2B technology solutions and assisted with due diligence on investments. Mike also co-founded Wuvavi, an innovative cybersecurity platform that focuses on the human element of businesses. Before that, they founded and served as CEO of PICLIF, a platform that helped families create memorial videos. Additionally, they worked as a Sales Executive at Bellefield Systems, where they played a pivotal role in achieving significant sales growth and implementing effective processes. Mike also served as a Lead Application and Sales Engineer at Panopto, contributing to the company's market leadership. Mike began their career as a Technical Support Administrator at Google and a Software Support Specialist at Respironics. Mike gained valuable experience during their internships as a Level 2 Technician at MSA - The Safety Company.
