Natasha Amarnani, CHRP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ErinoakKids Centre for Treatment and Development since December 2016. Natasha oversees the entire recruitment process, leading mass recruitment efforts, organizing job fairs, and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers. Key contributions include the implementation of an Application Tracking System, development of training materials, and the creation of internal courses to support staff growth. Previously, Natasha held positions such as Human Resources Generalist and Human Resource Advisor, providing comprehensive HR support, facilitating training, and enhancing employee engagement initiatives. Natasha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College.
