Matt Pugh

Matt Pugh is an experienced project manager currently with Erland Construction, where responsibilities include overseeing projects since August 2021. Prior positions include assistant project manager at Rubicon Builders from April 2019 to August 2021, and acquisition roles at Jumbo Capital Management from September 2017 to September 2018. Matt's early career includes internships in finance and construction, as well as supervisory and instructional roles at Tufts University and local summer camps. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Tufts University, completed in 2017, and has a foundation in leadership and teamwork development through various teaching positions.
