Angel Moore

Angel Moore, Esq. serves as the CEO of Erlanger Community Health Centers and Vice President of Population Health at Erlanger Health System since May 2016. Prior to this role, Angel held the position of Chief Operating Officer and General Legal Counsel at Hamilton CHN, Inc., overseeing a comprehensive primary care medical network. Experience includes serving as Director of Healthcare Development at Michigan Primary Care Association, where Angel directed the establishment of Federal Health Centers in Michigan, and as an attorney at Eaton County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, prosecuting criminal law violations. Educational qualifications encompass a Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law, a Bachelor of Arts from Shaw University, a Healthcare Finance and Accounting Certification from the University of Michigan School of Public Health, and executive training from Harvard Business School.
