Eric Pedrosa

Eric Pedrosa is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in desktop support and network operations. Currently serving as a Desktop Support III at Erlanger since October 2025, Eric previously worked as a Network Operations Center Engineer I at EPB from August 2020 to October 2025. Prior roles include Desktop Support Specialist II at HNTB, Computer Support Analyst at Montgomery Consulting Group, and Help Desk Technician at CTG. Additionally, Eric has experience as a 911 Dispatcher for the Waynesville Police Department and as a Senior Computer Analyst for the Montgomery Consulting Group. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security and IT Management from Indian River State College, completed in April 2023, and an Associate of Science in Cyber Security from Valencia Community College.
