Tammie V. Allen

Tammie V. Allen has extensive experience in healthcare administration, beginning as a receptionist at Chattanooga GI from February 2002 to May 2003. Tammie served as the Director at Grace Christian Academy from October 1990 to February 2002, overseeing daily operations and staff management. Tammie joined Erlanger Health System in February 2014, starting as a receptionist in an Orthopaedic group and progressing to the position of Operations Practice Manager in July 2018. Throughout the tenure at Erlanger, Tammie has held various roles, including Front Office Supervisor, Medical Office Supervisor, Staffing Coordinator, and Lead Patient Service Representative, building expertise in patient accounts, insurance follow-up, and operational management.
