Bethany Johns, D.M., is a dedicated sustainability consultant and managing consultant at ERM, focusing on climate change initiatives and ESG reporting for energy clients. With a strong academic background that includes a Doctor of Management in Sustainability and a Master’s Degree in Energy Business, Bethany is passionate about increasing operational efficiencies and stakeholder value through sustainable practices. They have held various roles in academia, including visiting professor at the University of Tulsa, and have extensive experience as a reservoir engineer and energy efficiency engineer. Actively engaged in community leadership, Bethany serves on the advisory board for local non-profits and volunteers with organizations focused on ESG and sustainability.
