David Speidel

David Speidel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement and contract negotiations across diverse industries. Currently serving as Regional Director of Commercial Negotiations for ERM since November 2022, David collaborates with various leaders to shape contracting strategies and manage compliance for client agreements. Prior roles include Senior Procurement Manager for Clearway Energy, Inc., where David developed procurement policies across multiple regional operations, and Procurement Manager at WestRock, leading strategic sourcing initiatives. Earlier experience includes management positions at Sonoco, Smurfit-Stone, and positions in engineering with organizations such as BlueCross BlueShield of TN and The Coca-Cola Company. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Economics from the Georgia Institute of Technology, an MBA from Otterbein University, and further education from Duke University.
