Heather Balfour has over two decades of experience in environmental engineering. Since November 2000, Heather serves as a Partner and Program Director at ERM, contributing significantly to the firm’s success. Prior to this role, Heather worked as a Staff Engineer at Harding Lawson Associates from September 1998 to October 2000. Educationally, Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering Technology/Environmental Technology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned between 1994 and 1998.
