Ian managed permitting for renewable generation, battery storage, and transmission projects across California and the West, collaborating with project proponents and agencies to ensure environmental and technical feasibility. Previous experience includes roles as an Environmental Analyst/Planner at Cardno, where NEPA documents were prepared for federal clients, and Environmental Compliance Monitor at TRC Companies, Inc., focusing on compliance for the San Diego Gas & Electric Sunrise Powerlink Transmission Line Project. Ian holds a Master of Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law and Graduate School and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of San Diego.
