Jennifer Lee is currently a Partner and FERC Lead at ERM: Environmental Resources Management, where they also serve as the Regional Director of Operations for North America. Previously, they held various roles at ERM, including Partner and Northwest Area Manager, as well as Managing Partner of the Mountain West and Mountains & Pacific Business Units. Before their tenure at ERM, Jennifer was a Principal at Natural Resource Group, LLC from 1998 to 2016. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Environmental Studies from the University of St. Thomas, where they studied from 1990 to 1995.
