Joseph Hakam

Joseph Hakam is a seasoned GIS professional with extensive experience in managing and consulting on GIS projects. Currently serving as a Managing Technical Consultant at ERM since May 2018, Joseph has progressed through various roles including GIS Consultant and Associate GIS Consultant. Prior experience includes working as a GIS Analyst at Kenny Construction Company, where significant contributions were made in creating and managing GIS databases, developing web mapping applications, and assisting in corporate bids through technical documentation. Joseph also has a diverse background in media, public relations, and environmental advisory roles, having worked with multiple city departments and academic institutions. Educational qualifications include a Postbaccalaureate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Brown University.
