Lana Harris

Lana Harris currently serves as the Business Unit Health & Safety Director at ERM: Environmental Resources Management, contributing to the Gulf and South Atlantic Business Unit since October 2019. Prior to this role, Lana held positions at Direct Energy, including Senior Manager for HSES Risk, Environment, and Management Systems, and HSES Program Manager, focusing on compliance and delivery of HSES Management System requirements. Earlier experience includes roles at Murphy Oil as an HSE Advisor and Manager, where Lana was instrumental in the development and implementation of Global HSE programs, and at Koch Exploration Company LLC as an HSE Coordinator. Lana holds a Petroleum Engineering Applications Certificate from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and an Occupational Health and Safety Certificate from the University of Alberta.
