Maisie Borg

Maisie Borg is a highly skilled botanist with extensive experience in environmental consulting and research. Currently serving as a Managing Technical Consultant at ERM since September 2022, Maisie previously held positions at SWCA Environmental Consultants as both Senior Consultant and Project Botanist, where responsibilities included rare plant surveys, habitat assessments, and vegetation community mapping. Experience also includes work as a Biological Science Technician at the U.S. Forest Service, conducting surveys of threatened and sensitive plants, as well as a Thru-hiker of the Pacific Crest Trail, demonstrating exceptional navigation and problem-solving skills. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Biology focusing on Ecology, Evolution, and Conservation Biology from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Management from the University of California, Davis.
