Michelle N. Bost, MS, CHMM, CSP, currently serves as a Managing Consultant at ERM since September 2022. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Environmental Program Coordinator at The University of Texas System from April 2015 to August 2022, providing consultative EHS services, regulatory compliance support, and managing Systemwide contracts for waste disposal and environmental consulting. Michelle's experience also includes serving as a Compliance Assistance Specialist at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality from July 2009 to April 2015, where responsibilities included managing special projects and preparing compliance resources. Earlier roles include Environmental Specialist at the Texas Department of State Health Services and Senior Scientist at The Whitman Companies, along with a graduate student internship at Energy BioSystems Corporation. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology/Pathobiology and a Master's in Environmental Studies from the Medical University of South Carolina, along with a Bachelor's degree in Zoology from Texas A&M University.
