Paulo Santos

Paulo Santos is an experienced leader in environmental management and operations with a strong background in growth strategy and organizational development. Currently serving as the Regional Chief Operating Officer for ERM in Latin America and as Managing Partner for ERM Brazil, Paulo oversees a team of approximately 400 employees across five offices. Prior roles include Senior Project Coordinator at Câmara Britânica de Comércio e Indústria no Brasil and Investigative and Remediation Manager for Prefeitura de Campos do Jordão. Paulo holds an MSc in Environmental Technologies from IPT and a Bachelor's degree in Geology from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, supplemented by additional education at the University of Waterloo and FIA.
