Simon Burwood

Simon Burwood is a seasoned professional in the engineering and safety consultancy sectors, currently serving as a Partner at ERM: Environmental Resources Management since January 2021, following the acquisition of Engineering Safety Consultants Ltd. (ESC). Previously, Simon held the position of Managing Director at ESC from January 2010 to June 2023, overseeing technical and commercial operations within various industries, including Oil & Gas and Manufacturing. Additional experience includes roles as Technical Director and Co-Founder at Offshore Design Engineering Ltd., Safety Engineer at Rockwell Automation, and Process Engineer at Eastman Kodak. Simon holds a BEng (Hons.) in Electronic & Electrical Engineering with Professional Development from Brunel University London.
