Victoria Louw is a seasoned environmental consultant with extensive experience in project management and environmental assessments, particularly within the oil and gas sectors. Currently serving as a Principal Environmental Consultant at ERM: Environmental Resources Management since April 2015, Victoria has been instrumental in managing ESIAs for subsea cables and oil and gas developments, while also mentoring junior staff. Previous roles include Senior Environmental Consultant at WorleyParsons RSA, where responsibilities included managing EIAs for hydraulic fracturing and advising on environmental compliance, and Environmental Consultant at Fugro GeoConsulting Ltd, where project management and baseline assessments were key duties. Victoria holds a Master's degree in Oceanography, an Honours degree in Environmental and Geographical Science, and a Bachelor's degree in Zoology and Environmental and Geographical Science, all from the University of Cape Town.
