Pedro A. Franco is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in operations, manufacturing, and quality assurance across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager of Operations & Manufacturing at ERMCO-ECI since August 2025, Pedro previously held senior leadership roles at T.D. Williamson, where the focus included global operating excellence, quality improvement, and transformation of manufacturing networks, resulting in significant reductions in working capital and improvements in delivery performance. Past positions at Siemens and Dresser-Rand involved driving operational efficiency and implementing lean practices across global service centers and repair operations. Pedro possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University and certifications in Lean and Six Sigma Systems and Lean Enterprise Systems from respected institutions.
