Charlie Penny has been with ERMI Inc. since April 2006, initially working as a Sales Representative before climbing the ranks to become the Director of Sales in the South Region and Director of Sales Training. Charlie was recognized as "Director of the Year" for their exceptional performance. Additionally, Charlie previously worked at HealthSouth Rehabilitation as an Area Manager, overseeing multiple clinics and managing staff. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kentucky with a major in Geography and a minor in History.
