Aburrahman Karsli

Aburrahman Karsli, MBA has extensive work experience in the field of technology, engineering, production, and maintenance. Aburrahman started their career at Erne Fittings GmbH in 2003 as a Teamleader Production and later served as an Expatriate Manager for Production Plant in Saudi Arabia. In 2011, they joined Erne Fittings Middle East as the Head of Production and Maintenance, where they were responsible for various tasks such as production planning, maintenance, staff development, and optimization of production processes. Aburrahman then moved back to Erne Fittings GmbH in 2015 as the Plant Manager before being promoted to the Head of Technology and Engineering in 2019.

Aburrahman Karsli, MBA, obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Management Competences from Universität für Weiterbildung Krems between 2015 and 2021. Prior to that, they completed an Industrial Master degree in Industry from The Austrian Federal Economic Chamber from 2005 to 2006. Aburrahman'seducational journey began with a four-year program at Dual Vocational School Bludenz and Bregenz, where they earned a degree as a Design Draftsman in Steel Construction from 1998 to 2002.
