Jessica Schertz

Jessica Schertz is the Chief of Staff at Ernest since February 2024 and actively serves as a Founding Member of Leadership at Des Moines Professional Women for Good, fostering connections among over 150 women to enhance careers and community impact. Jessica is also a member of the old girls club, a selective network for women in tech and venture focused on authentic support. Previously, Jessica held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Teamable from February 2017 to February 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing operations and recruiting, alongside strategic initiatives with the executive team that led to a 300% growth in headcount. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Science in Bilingual, Multilingual, and Multicultural Education from Colorado State University.
