Will Blaze

Will Blaze has a diverse range of work experience, primarily in talent acquisition and recruitment. Will'smost recent position was as an Advisor at HireBrain. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Talent Acquisition (Interim) at Loop Earplugs, where they led talent acquisition efforts from NYC. Will has also worked as an Advisor at Chatkick. Before this, Will worked as a Recruiting Consultant at Ernesta Inc. and as a Strategic Sourcing Manager at Meta. In these roles, they led recruiting and sourcing efforts for various teams and projects. Earlier in their career, Will held leadership positions at Peloton Interactive, Birchbox, and Esultant, where they were responsible for technical recruitment and hiring. Will also worked as a Managing Director at Enterprise Select Resourcing, focusing on ERP and CRM staffing. Will's work experience also includes a brief stint as a Contributor at The Wall Street Journal.

Will Blaze completed their high school education at The Michael J. Petrides School, where they obtained a High School Diploma with Merit. Afterward, they attended Stetson University from 2007 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance. In 2010, they also studied briefly at Hong Kong Baptist University, specializing in Finance.

In terms of additional certifications, Will Blaze obtained a Software Product Management (SPM®) Certificate from Product School in May 2018. Will also completed courses in talent diversity and resource&capacity offered by Growth by Design Talent, obtaining certifications in both areas in 2019 and 2023, respectively. Furthermore, they acquired a certificate in "Having Difficult Conversations" from LinkedIn in June 2022.
