Carol Parray

Carol Parray has over 30 years of experience in various positions within the manufacturing and sales sectors, currently serving as a Program Launch Manager, Packaging Engineer, and EDI Specialist at EG Industries since February 2002. In this role, Carol acts as the technical interface among manufacturing, program management, and customer teams, effectively coordinating activities to achieve program deliverables while managing quality expectations and tooling tracking. Prior experience includes leading the Materials Control Department at EG Industries, managing a team of 33 employees to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize inventory risks. Carol's background also features roles in marine manufacturing sales at Daytona Plastix, Inc., and inside sales and customer service at Senior Flexonics, focusing on customer contract negotiations and issue resolution. Carol holds a Technology Degree in Computers and Accountancy from South East Girls Regent Polytechnic.
