Mr. Sye serves as Vice President, Finance of the Company. Mr. Sye has 15 years of financial management experience in the mining industry, particularly in relation to M&A, financial and managerial reporting, business planning and analysis and corporate governance. Prior to joining Ero in 2021, he served as the Director of Finance at First Majestic Silver Corp. and held various roles at TSX/NYSE listed mining companies with operations in Latin America. Mr. Sye is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University.
