Renzi Russell, CPC, currently serves as a PM Trainer/Consultant at Ero Health since June 2025. Prior experience includes serving as a Revenue Cycle Liaison at SSM Health from May 2016 to June 2025, where responsibilities encompassed revenue cycle benchmarking and performance management within the Revenue Cycle Organization and regional finance teams. Additionally, Renzi held the position of Regional Director for the CBO at SSM Health, overseeing revenue cycle operations and performance metrics for physician billing. A career at GroupOne Healthsource spanned from March 2002 to April 2016, where Renzi began as a Billing Resource Manager and gained experience in revenue cycle management across multiple states and specialties. Early career experience includes working in OB/GYN Associates at Capital Region Medical Center from 1998 to 2002. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Management from Central Methodist University and an Associate in Applied Science in Medical Office Management/Administration from State Technical College of Missouri.
