Kieran Waelen currently holds the position of Product Chapter Lead at EROAD since February 2020, having previously served as a Senior Product Manager and Product Manager within the same company. Prior to EROAD, Kieran was the Innovation Lead at Watercare Services Limited, where innovation projects were spearheaded. Kieran also designed and executed an engagement strategy for the Craft Beer industry at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, focusing on customer-centric resource development. Earlier experience includes roles as Lead Strategist at Big Radical, Senior Strategist at Create, and various positions at Fiserv, including Product Manager and Market Analyst. Kieran holds a BHSc from The University of Auckland and attended Pakuranga College.
