Lakshya Oberoi

Lakshya Oberoi is a professional with extensive experience in software development and team leadership at EROAD, where currently serves as Chapter Lead since January 2021. In this role, Lakshya is responsible for leading a group of specialists, setting cross-team standards, supporting professional development, and providing performance feedback. Prior to this position, Lakshya worked as a Software Engineer, developing the EROAD SaaS application and leading an agile team as a Scrum Master. Lakshya also completed an internship at EROAD, focusing on automating processes, and has previous experience in customer-facing roles as a Sales Representative and Valet Driver. Lakshya holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Computer Systems from The University of Auckland, earned between 2017 and 2020.
