Marc Serra

Marc Serra holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. With extensive experience in project management, Marc currently serves as the PMC Network Lead for Pathology Lab at Roche since April 2018, having progressed through various project management roles. Prior experience includes managing product support departments at Rockwell Collins and B/E Aerospace, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing complex aircraft interiors and communicating with major airline customers. Additional roles include Engineering Manager and Project Engineer, where Marc directed engineering teams and contributed to successful project completions. Early career experience involved engineering project management and drafting roles across multiple companies. Marc's expertise is further enhanced by certifications in project management and agile methodologies.
