Neha Trikha

Neha Trikha has a diverse work experience in the field of sales, business, and talent acquisition. Neha is currently working as the Vice President of Sales and Business at EROS Technologies Inc since July 2022. In their previous role at the same company, they served as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition from January 2018 to June 2022. As a Senior Manager, they were responsible for handling recruitment in engineering and services, technical and non-technical groups, and maintained relationships with hiring managers to analyze their requirements. Neha also coached and mentored recruiters and utilized social networking sites and cold calling to source candidates. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Recruitment Specialist at EROS Technologies Inc from January 2016 to December 2017, where they coordinated the full recruitment process and maintained a database of candidates and clients.

Before joining EROS Technologies Inc, Neha worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Enterprise Solutions Inc. from June 2014 to January 2016. In this role, they focused on finding the right resources with the required skill sets, evaluating resumes, and negotiating rates with consultants.

Neha Trikha pursued their Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Kurukshetra University between 2008 and 2012. Later on, they enrolled at Lovely Professional University, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management from 2014 to 2016.
