David Sanchez Bote

David Sanchez Bote currently serves as the Director de Innovación y Desarrollo Digital at Eroski, a position held since February 2021. Prior to this, David was with MIK from December 2012 to February 2021, where responsibilities included coordinating projects focused on innovation, new business models, and digital transformation, alongside serving as Director General of the Centro de Investigación en Gestión y Modelos de Negocio. David also held the role of Professor Investigador at Mondragon Unibertsitatea during the same period, managing the Unit of Research and Transfer. Earlier experience includes consulting in web strategy and public-private collaboration projects from January 2010 to November 2012, and serving as a Professor and researcher in collaboration projects focusing on innovation from September 1999 to January 2010. David's academic qualifications include a Licenciatura in Administración de Empresas from Mondragon Unibertsitatea, a Doctorate in Economía y Dirección de Empresas from the University of Deusto, and a Visiting Research position in Digital Transformation at the University of Michigan.
