David A. Meyer

With more than 40 years of experience, David has high-level skills at conceiving, creating, and implementing solutions to complex business and systems problems for bottom-line results. David acts as an agent of change with an “owner” perspective, utan ilizing organization, communications, and technical skills, while demonstrating a high ability to work with people at all levels of the business. In addition, he has a detailed level knowledge and hands-on skills with manufacturing production and planning, ASP, SQL, IIS, HTML, Access, and Microsoft tools for integration of custom requirements associated with “off the shelf” tools. With his direct experience across the organization streamlining business processes, he helps clients eliminate waste, improve margins, and deliver exchange in abundance with his practical, hands-on experience.

Throughout his career, David has been involved in over a thousand selections and demonstrations. Utilizing his certifications in CPIM and APICS, he has held positions across the industry, from programmer to implementation partner, and has applied his knowledge in a multitude of ways. David’s commitment is obvious through his involvement in 5,000+ successful software go-lives, easing the ERP disruption for clients across the country. He has dedicated his career to becoming a conceiver of solutions to data migration issues.

Dave has consulted with EAG’s clients on their hardest initiative – data migration. Dave’s operational data expertise around product-based data elements includes items, BOMs, assemblies, ECOs, and the interactions of those records across the organization’s data. Dave has specialized skills, tools, and scripts for extracting, cleansing, and transforming legacy data in preparation for loading into the client’s new ERP and assists on go-live weekends with anything the client needs as they cut over to the new system. Dave understands the fundamentals of databases and can work with the data in any legacy system including Microsoft GP, NAV, SL, SAP, including Business One, Epicor, IFS, Sage, Oracle, RPG, AS/400, as well as any prevalent ERP. Additionally, he is intimately familiar with transforming data for NetSuite, Infor, SAP, CMiC, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 templates. Dave perseveres with any data challenge and has been part of almost a dozen implementations at EAG and provides ongoing support for data optimization projects.
