Natalie Blackman

Natalie is the Consulting Executive Assistant for ERP Advisors Group. Natalie provides Program Management across EAG's portfolio of projects, ensuring each project is adequately resourced, and overseeing that weekly progress occurs for each expected project deliverable. She also tracks EAG's budget across all projects, ensuring we are delivering adequately while bringing any impending budget overage to the Project Lead's attention. Finally, Natalie provides oversight for all our billable resources, ensuring they are well-utilized and getting the volume of work they need for a busy week. Her master's in organizational leadership and diligent oversite empower our clients' projects to succeed.
