Anita Dallman has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Anita began their career in 2016 at CalVet Veterans Home of California as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, where they provided patient services for various types of care. Anita'sresponsibilities included assisting veterans with their disabilities, creating personalized exercise programs, and educating them on health-related issues. Anita also attended care plan meetings and maintained therapy records.

In 2018, Anita joined FeldCare Connects as a COTA, continuing to provide occupational therapy services until 2019. During this time, they gained valuable experience in working with diverse patient populations.

From 2019 to 2020, Anita held the position of Director of Rehabilitation at Reliant Rehabilitation, overseeing the supervision, coordination, and administration of the department. Anita also worked as a Senior Healthcare Recruiter at Clinical Medical Staffing, sourcing and screening qualified candidates.

In 2019, Anita joined Medical Clinical Solutions as the Director of Rehabilitation Services/Recruiter. In this role, they were responsible for the overall supervision of the department and filling open positions with talented candidates. Anita coordinated the interview process and facilitated employment negotiations. During their time at Medical Clinical Solutions, Anita also served as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at Aureus Medical Group.

In 2020, Anita began offering Occupational Therapy Consulting Services through their own company, Anita Senior Care Services. Anita provided consulting services until 2022.

In 2022, Anita joined Ageility as a Rehab Talent Acquisition Partner, where they focused on talent acquisition for rehabilitation positions. Anita then transitioned to ERP International as a Healthcare Recruiter later that same year.

Throughout their career, Anita has demonstrated a strong commitment to providing quality care and has developed expertise in both clinical and recruitment roles within the healthcare industry.

Anita Dallman began their education at Johnson County Community College in 1993 and completed their Associate of Arts degree in Business and Social Skills in 1995. Anita then attended Metropolitan Community College-Penn Valley from 1994 to 1996 and obtained an Associate of Science degree in COTA/L (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant/Licensed). In August 1996, Anita obtained their NBCOT (National Board Certification of Occupational Therapy).

Throughout their career, Anita Dallman further advanced their skills and obtained various certifications. In September 2009, they became a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Advanced Practitioner (COTA) from the California Board of Occupational Therapy. Additionally, they obtained the same certification from the State of Florida Department of Health Division of Medical Quality Assurance in July 2019 and from the State of Colorado Board of Occupational Therapy in December 2016.

In September 2022, Anita achieved the "Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment" certification from LinkedIn.
