Charles Keaton

Charles Keaton is an experienced IT professional with a background in help desk support and administration. Currently serving as a Tier 1 and Tier 2 Help Desk Technician and Lead AV Administrator at ERP International since July 2016, Charles previously held the position of Tier 2 Desktop Technician and SharePoint 2010 Developer at Cyberdata Technologies, Inc. from October 2013 to June 2016, where responsibilities included creating pages and subsites for the Treasury's intranet site. Earlier experience includes an internship at Outerloop Management, where calendar management and logistics for band tours were handled, and an internship at Red Light Management. Charles earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical and Scientific Communication from James Madison University in 2010.
