Charlie Allan

Charlie Allan is an experienced engineering manager with a robust background in the high-efficiency lighting and industrial motor industries. Currently serving as Engineering Manager and Test Engineering Manager at ERP Power since December 2019, Charlie focuses on the design and implementation of production and test systems. Previous roles include Sr. Test Engineer at Lumenetix Inc. and NovaTorque, where responsibilities encompassed system design and test equipment production. Earlier positions at RockLogic, Hover-Davis, Mountain Computer, and Seagate Technology involved significant contributions in designing and developing test equipment, managing production line issues, and improving manufacturing processes. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology with an electronic concentration from California State Polytechnic University, earned between 1980 and 1987.
