Erik's career includes significant positions at TerraLUX Inc. and Philips Lumileds Lighting, where strategic marketing and sales initiatives were key focuses. Erik's background also includes roles in business development and engineering at Federal Mogul Corporation, Cosworth Technology, and Autoliv. Erik holds a B.S. in Management Systems from Kettering University and an MBA from Oakland University.
