Melanie M. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Co-Founder and COO at ERP365 since 2023, Melanie previously held the position of Regional Sourcing Partner at Aveanna Healthcare, where successful sourcing strategies were developed to attract top talent.
