Ellen Crocker

Ellen Crocker currently serves as the Director of People & Purpose/Operations Manager Concierge at LYLA (formerly Errand Solutions) since February 2014, where the focus is on enhancing work-life balance for clients' employees through innovative technology and a dedicated mobile app. Prior to this role, Ellen volunteered as a Coordinator at Beverly Bootstraps in 2008, where tasks included reception, administrative support, and managing fundraising initiatives. Additionally, Ellen was a Board Member of the National Concierge Association from 2000 to 2007, contributing to the organization’s efforts in advancing the concierge profession.
