Leanne Halloran

Leanne Halloran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and customer service management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at ERS since November 2018, Leanne has also held the position of Customer Operations Manager at Virgin Media since March 2012. Prior to these roles, Leanne worked as a Senior Contract Manager and Leadership Delivery Manager at Manpower from October 2002 to February 2012, and as a Service Delivery Manager at IBM from April 2005 to October 2006. Leanne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Bedfordshire, which was completed between 1993 and 1997.
