Darrick Engelman

Darrick Engelman has extensive experience in law enforcement and technology sales. Currently serving as the Government/Commercial Sales Manager for ERS Wireless since June 2020, Darrick specializes in selling communication system solutions to governmental entities, utilizing consultative selling techniques and needs analysis. Previous roles include Police Lieutenant/Security Manager at Parkview Health, and Homicide Investigator with the Fort Wayne Police Department, where expertise was developed in coordinating murder investigations. Darrick's career in law enforcement also includes service as a Police Officer and Vice and Narcotics Detective, focusing on organized crime activities. Darrick holds dual bachelor's degrees in Law and Society (Criminal Justice) and Interpersonal Communications from Purdue University and is a graduate of the Fort Wayne Police Academy.
