Karen Kieper

Karen Kieper began their work experience in 1992 as a Manager at Stauffer & Company, LLC. Karen then transitioned to McGladrey in 2006, where they served as a Director until 2012. In 2012, Karen joined Emergency Radio Service, Inc. as the CFO, responsible for managing the accounting and tax functions for the company and its related entities.

Karen Kieper began their education at Hesston College in 1984, where they pursued an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Accounting. Karen attended Hesston College until 1986. Following their time at Hesston College, Karen continued their education at Goshen College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting. Karen studied at Goshen College from 1986 to 1988.
