Katarina Lazic

Katarina Lazic is an experienced banking professional with expertise in product and service management, currently serving as the Head of Product and Service Management Unit at Erste Banka Srbija since December 2020. In this role, Katarina manages a team focused on developing and modifying credit products and services for retail clients, while overseeing product life-cycle management and related financial reporting. Prior to this position, Katarina worked at Crédit Agricole Srbija in various roles, including Product Management Expert and Manager for Insurance Products, where responsibilities included product development and training for the branch network. Katarina holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, and Insurance from the University of Belgrade.
