Rita Mészáros has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rita is currently the Head of Customer Experience Management & Market Research at Erste Bank Hungary since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Group Governance Manager at OTP Bank from January 2020 to November 2022. Rita served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Diákhitel Központ (Student Loan Centre) from August 2017 to September 2019. Rita also held the position of Director of Marketing and Communications at MFB Hungarian Development Bank from January 2017 to July 2019. Before that, they were the Managing Director and Senior Project Manager at Scale Research Ltd., handling complex research and strategic business projects in multiple countries in the CEE region. Rita worked as the Postpaid Segment Leader and Customer Base Manager at Vodafone in 2008 and as a Sales Expert at OTP Bank from 2005 to 2007. Rita started their career as a Senior Marketing Research Manager at ELMŰ-ÉMÁSZ in 2001.

Rita Mészáros obtained a Master's degree in economics from the University of Miskolc, where they studied at the Faculty of Economics from 1996 to 2001.
