Aleksandra Pavlovic

Aleksandra Pavlovic is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial services, holding significant roles at Erste Group since April 2016. As Advisor to the Holding Board Member and Head of Group, Corporate Steering and Strategy, Aleksandra has led strategic initiatives and recommended corporate business strategies for an asset value exceeding €200B. Previous roles at Erste Group include Head of Business Support and Transformation, where Aleksandra managed a €6B corporate business portfolio and implemented a demand management process for IT investments. Earlier, leadership roles at Laderna Group and Hypo Alpe - Adria Bank focused on strategic decision-making, project funding of €300M, and development of substantial portfolios. Aleksandra holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Belgrade.
