Gyorgy Levente Erdesz

Gyorgy Levente Erdesz has extensive experience in risk management and data analysis within prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as Customer & Basel III Calculation Results Data Manager at Erste Group since September 2010, Gyorgy has held various roles focusing on systems analysis, data modeling, and risk data management. Key contributions include the development of data standards, oversight of risk information management, and participation in projects ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Prior experience at Erste Bank Hungary involved leading a team in data integrity and risk reporting within the BASEL III framework. Gyorgy also has a background in project management and quality assurance as the owner of ERDÉSZbiz LP, and has held leadership positions at Winterthur Pension Fund Administration Company, where responsibilities included managing pension fund administration and customer relationship management. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Budapest College of Economics, complemented by a foundational degree in Mathematics and Physics from ELTE Faculty of Education and Psychology.
