Ivana Juric Laklija is an experienced leader in risk reporting and analytics, currently serving as the Head of Group Risk Reporting and Analytics at Erste Group Bank AG since February 2024, after previously holding the position of Head of Risk Reporting from May 2016 to November 2022. Ivana has a strong background in establishing risk data governance and analytics frameworks in line with Basel standards, managing teams of up to 35 individuals, and implementing regulatory reporting requirements including ESG. Prior roles include leading teams focused on credit risk reporting and planning, as well as experience at PwC Österreich and Hypo Group Alpe Adria AG. Educational qualifications include a degree in Finance from the Faculty of Business and Economics Zagreb and a Mastering the Leadership Challenge certificate from Hult Ashridge Executive Education.
